We need a customized call center application to handle our roadside assistance incoming and outgoing call center needs.
90% of our call handling is inbound. the callers who call our phone numbers and gets to our call center are stranded motorists on the side of the road who need help with towing or roadside assistance.
We operate in different cities and have different phone numbers (ads) in each of these cities and every time a call comes in we need to know the metro they called to and the phone number they dialed to.
We will need to have features like call ques, call recording, multiple forwarding options, phone call tracking and reporting and more.
The application will also need to connect to our existing ASP.net CRM application only to read information from a database.
