Hi,

I am looking for a turnkey billing system for my company which offers monthly VOIP subscriptions. I am an end user, not a developer. I can tell specifically what I need.

I am presently using freePBX and I manually allow calls to go through or not. I do not sell minutes and I do not need to count minutes used or add minutes as payments are made by the clients. I wish to have a simple set up that will turn off an account on a specific payment date, not turn the account off if payment has been made, turn back on an account when payment is made, plus other billing and clients data base, CRM features.. The system should be web-based, multi users, with different levels of access.
