Looking for web based stock management programme for a national office cleaning company. Number of different users each having access to their own area e.g. Head Office Admin able to access everything Area Managers only their own geographical areas.
Head Office Central Store
All equipment electrical buffers/scrubbers etc held in central store along with make, model serial number, last safety check etc
Hardware including mops and buckets, brushes etc
Chemicals used in cleaning. Supplier, stock level purchased, transferred out, stock in storeroom, warning of low levels (change colors perhaps if falls below set level of stock).
All stock will (in theory) be sent here and then transferred by admin to Area Stores. Admin must be able to transfer chemicals from this store to an area store in one transaction. Each transfer will have a cost figure which may be different from the price paid to the original supplier and a print out given of this transaction.
