Purpose: To fill in the "Category 1 and 2 Companies" with the information that will allow our company to reach out to perspective clients.
Task: For all lines in bold on "Category 1 and 2 Companies," find the corresponding person/company on "All Contacts in Salesforce" and copy it onto "Category 1 and 2 Companies." The rest of the information needs to be found from searching company name on google.com. If you can find the specific person's email or phone number, put it in email_1 or phone_1. If you can only find general company email or phone number, put in email_2 or phone_2. If you cannot find specific mailing address for a person, you can put the company's mailing address as their address.
After those columns, fill out the general company information for columns: "company website," "company description," "company phone," and the company address. Company description should be copied and pasted paragraph or two that describes the company most like on the "about company" page.
