I have a data base I want to offer to a niche audience. They will need to be able to have access to the data base and the ability to create their own list from the larger list. Also I must be able to send emails to a second, separate, data base list as you would mail merge a letter to different clients . The design will be simple. That's about the best I can describe it. I will be asking those who I contact to visit a site where they will see the idea of what I am trying to describe. I am not certain how much the job should go for and how much time you would need. I do have all the text for the site. Thank you.
