We are looking for US-based Helpdesk specialist who will answer customer phone calls and emails.
Work hours: US Central business hours. Weekdays only Mon-Fri.
The support volume is very low: 5-10 phone calls per day, 5-10 emails per day.
We provide excellent quality support. You must be friendly, attentive. Great pronunciation, native English speaking voice.
You will be provided with access to Skype and Google Task Phone to answer phone calls as well as Zendesk account to answer support emails.
