I need someone who can create the following documents in a simple Microsoft word format. No designing needed:
• 12 week meal plan including calories of each meal
• 12 week shopping list for each week of meals
• 12 week exercise plan: One for beginners, one for intermediate and one for advanced.
1) Create a 12 week healthy meal plan: Please find healthy meals under 500 calories and research how many calories that meal contains. Create a meal chart like the one attached. You need to find breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack for each day. Try to keep each day’s total meal calories under 1500cals.
2) Create a 12 week shopping list: Create a shopping list for each week of meals that you plan. Total=12 shopping lists. Be specific about quantities of items needed. Ex: 4 apples, 2 broccoli heads, 500 grams chicken breast. Title them “Week 1 Shopping List” etc...
