Hello, I had a previous developer who I cannot get ahold of anymore. We are using The Events Calendar Pro on our site and they had a upcoming events widget, however, we wanted the ability to select multiple categories to include in the list. When I do the upgrade on the plugin, it removes the previous widget as I guess it's redundant. However, I still need to keep my custom widget working. Here's some more info: http://www.bostoncoc.org/ - on the right you'll see Featured Events and Upcoming Events - both of those are custom widgets. However, I created a dev server instance and updated the plugin so you'll see those same widgets broken. There is an "Upcoming Events" that is working, but that is the new widget they provide with the plugin. The issue, though, is that I cannot add multiple categories to this. So my question is this: 1. Is it better to just try and revive the widget or 2. Modify the new widget they provide to include multiple categories Do you have experience with this? Matt

Hello,

I had a previous developer who I cannot get ahold of anymore.
We are using The Events Calendar Pro on our site and they had a upcoming events widget, however, we wanted the ability to select multiple categories to include in the list. When I do the upgrade on the plugin, it removes the previous widget as I guess it's redundant. However, I still need to keep my custom widget working.

Here's some more info:
[obscured]  / - on the right you'll see Featured Events and Upcoming Events - both of those are custom widgets.
However, I created a dev server instance (  [obscured]  /devserver) and updated the plugin so you'll see those same widgets broken. There is an "Upcoming Events" that is working, but that is the new widget they provide with the plugin. The issue, though, is that I cannot add multiple categories to this.

So my question is this:

1. Is it better to just try and revive the widget or
2. Modify the new widget they provide to include multiple categories

Do you...
