I need someone very soon (today if possible) who can create a template Word document that will pull data from an Excel spreadsheet. I know how to do a simple mail merge, but this is a little more complex.
The data being pulled from Excel is continuing education records. I need to pull six fields of data from the spreadsheet into Word and have it all show up on one page. A simple mail merge puts each row of data on a separate spreadsheet but I need multiple rows (dozens in some cases) to show up on a single sheet or possibly two pages of records.
Two of the fields are the name and company that just need to show up at the top of the sheet, the other four are their actual continuing education credits.
I am told to do this you have to code Word Fields (I've never done this). There is an explanation here but I don't have time to try and figure it out: [obscured] /article.aspx?&a=3815
I am hoping to find someone who has already done this type of thing before and can get it done in...
