We have a large collection of word documents (a policy and procedure manual) that we need to transfer to MediaWiki. The formatting options are very simple as outlined here:

It's pretty simple and repetitive work, but certainly there might be a bit of a learning curve up front if you haven't done any HTML or wiki before.
At a guess I think there would be about 40 hours work, but we'd have to review periodically and possibly get you to do a second pass on the job to apply additional formatting that we haven't yet considered important.
