I need someone to fix my mistakes - our site does not show up on Google anymore.
I built a wordpress site and using blogging, twitter, and Facebook (plus low competition in the keyword category), we quickly got the site to the first page of Google search. I needed to change the URL and bought a new domain name, went into the Settings page of Wordpress and changed the URL - then the site stopped showing up on Google search results. I tried adding the new site in Google Webmaster tools and now I think Google thinks there are two sites with duplicate content.
I hear there is a tool to search and replace a URL in the Wordpress database and I'd also like someone to look at our Webmaster account and fix what I did wrong. I think the fixes may be simple, but I don't want to cause any more problems!
