Looking for a very knowledgeable fitness writer with a passion for fitness (and the experience of training) to write a philosophy book for a brand new workout program!
The job will be to take each phase of the workout and take the main theme of the training (i.e. super slow motion training, time under tension, etc) and do research that supports the efficacy of such training, cite the relevant research, and write a synopsis of that kind of training in an INTERESTING and CONVERSATIONAL way so as to keep the reader engaged and not bored...lol!
The end product would consist of 12 unique styles or phases of training...each with a dedicated chapter on WHY that style of training has merit as well as WHY it works best at that stage of the program.
Again, a knowledge of working out is paramount...as well as a thirst and desire to do the necessary research to support each of the chapters with relevant and interesting content (again, in a conversational way!)
