We are shoe repair business - looking for a way of efficiently logging and managing the process of shoe repair order.
We work on both Wholesale and Retail levels, hence there will be two sets of 'customers'
Currently our process looks the following:
1. Accept shoes from a customer (wholesale or retail)
2. Log the information about EACH job (we call it "processing"), which is:
2.1: Job #
2.2: Client Name (also, Client Address, Client Phone, Client Email etc.)
2.3: Client ID (unique for each client, and has to be a separate SET for Wholesale and Retail Customers, i.e. "WH-1001" vs. "RT-1001")
2.4: Ticket # - a physical slip that was filled out by clerk at initial accepting stage. Each ticket is numbered and is actually being scanned, so if there is a way to attach a physical scan to a database, it would be great
2.5: DATE1. - Date Field
