NetSuite Support - Verification Hours

We have a page that was custom build by another elance contactor whom has since left elance, approximately 18 - 24 months ago called Verify Weekly Time:
it seems that something has changed and we don't know why or how but the starting date for the verification period is now a Sunday (Sunday- Saturday), when previously it was Monday - Sunday.
This is causing us two issues.
1) Although the note on the top of the page says "Please verify your hours for the week starting 2/3/14" (which is a Sunday) the column for 'Sunday' is after Saturday (not before Monday) so it appears to users to be Sunday the 9th (screen shot attached).
2) If you had in fact worked that Sunday the 2nd, you would have verified it last week (when our verification page was as we wanted it, Monday - Sunday week starting Monday the 24th February) and now you will not be able to verify it again and Netsuite will display an error (screen shot attached).
Could you please let me know if you can revert this so it is once again verifying and displaying the Monday - Sunday week? (FYI there is an auto notification that is sent out to all project resources as a reminder to verify their time, and another auto notification sent out to the project resources time approver if that time was not verified).
