Network Engineer Needed for Troubleshooting
I am a newly assigned network support tech helping out a local business with 150 clients in 2 offices. I am not familiar with Cisco Catalyst managed switches, Dell PowerConnect managed switches, or Cisco ASA routers. I need assistance for probably 1 day to troubleshoot our current network conditions. I am simply trying to successfully log into the router and switches, employ a packet sniffer (like Wireshark) and analyze my entire network traffic. I do not know how to enable port monitoring to pull this off. Additionally, I want to make sure that our current Cisco ASA 5505 router is properly configured to handle our network traffic.
