Very strange problem. I have 25 Microsoft Powerpoint presentations that open perfectly on a old Apple iBook. When copied to a PC or another Mac, most of them will not open. I'm fairly certain the files are copying correctly, (via USB) since five can be opened with Office 2013. I suspect using an older but intermediate version of Powerpoint will be the key here. Your task will be to open 20 PPT files and save them into a compatible PPT version that works with a more modern version of Powerpoint. Attached is a sample file. Works in a Circa 2001 iBook, but not a new Dell.

The attached two merge documents lose their number formatting when merged. EG. prior to merging the document, the numbering in document "Agency Agreement_SA00200_Exclusive" begins at number 1 on page 2 and continues throught to number 28 on page 5. When merged, the numbering starts back at 1 randomly throughout the document. I need the auto format numbering REMOVED and static numbering inserted so they never change. There are 2 different documents attached that both need to be amended. I also need the date selection boxes in the documents to be changed to Australian format i.e. day/month/year
