I am a Contractor in Massachusetts, and one of my clients had a tree fall on her garage/shed, she received an initial insurance estimate of around $8,000 to 'rebuild' her shed, but the shed is old, not up to code, and would not fly with the building inspector. I have given her an estimate of around $14,500 to demo her existing shed/garage, break up the old concrete slab, install new footings and build a new garage/shed but I will need an estimate written up in xactimate format to submit to her insurance company so that hopefully she can get some extra money. The existing shed/garage is about 12;x18' and we would replace it with the same size. Is this something you could help out with, how much would you charge, what would be the turnaround time? I have three more after this one as well, and will be bidding on a lot more insurance work, so hopefully we might be able to build a relationship, look forward to hearing back, thanks.... Khouri
