We need an admin team to create PDFs for us in a timely manner (1 - 2 day turnaround). We will provide a PDF template and a Word Document Template to use for all PDFs. We use Dropbox to transfer files to you. The files have Excel spreadsheets in them that you will use to copy and paste information from and into the PDF template. From the excel spreadsheet you will copy and paste 3 separate 8 1/2 x 11 pages into the PDF. The spreadsheet also has data in it to do a mail merge with the Word Doc template to create a unique document that will then be placed in the middle of the PDF. You will then save the PDF in the specific folder and once all are complete you will move it into another Dropbox folder so that we can take the files. I have an old salesforce database of about 7,583 Accounts and 20,500 contacts. This exists as 2 .csv files and is in a bit of a mess and i need to clean it and then import it into my new salesforce account. I need someone to go through the data and fix a few issues such as: State and Country entries need to match Salesforce standard pick lists remove rogue phone number entries Fix obvious entry errors (Postcodes in the wrong field etc). Finally i need assistance actually importing the data into salesforce. The issue here is that currently the contacts and accounts are on two different .csv files which makes importing them and keeping the associations complicated. Both .csv files have the old salesforce id's that match the contacts to the relevant account but it is not immediately clear as to how we maintain this link on the import.
