I have a requirement for a person to spend a few hours a week (to begin with) making calls to people who have been sent a letter by me. The process is to do the following: - Receive a spreadsheet on Google Drive showing who to call that day - Log into a Skype Account which has the telephone set up so all you need to do is plug in a headphone/mic and dial the number - If you get the person - Ask them if they received the letter, reiterate what the letter says and arrange a meeting to discuss the opportunity/answer any questions - If you don't get the person leave a voicemail - Script will be provided That's it. I anticipate a requirement for 30-50 calls per week so please only apply if you're comfortable making calls. There's no selling it's just a Customer Service oriented call you'll be making.
