We are launching a retail telecommunications service and we require Spanish customer service. Here a the conditions: - We provide CRM management portal - We provide complete CSR manual and escalation list. - We provide toll free number with call forwarding via SIP or DID. - We would like to pay a montly minutes fee. Right now volume will be under 1000 minutes and we expect it to grow to around 4000 minutes in 4 months. - We would like to pay per tasks as well.
