I need a long term assistant to answer my office phone, schedule meetings, arrange travel and liaise with clients that may need to send messages or reach me quickly. On a daily basis you will be required to answer my personal office extension and relieve our receptionist during her lunch break from 1 - 2 PM, EST only. We have an active facebook business page and we post to this page on a daily basis. However we do not have an active instagram, twitter or pinterest account.
