I'm looking to hire an experienced transcriber who can transcribe mp4 files of interviews. The interviews are conducted in English, but one speaker, whose native language is Chinese, has a slight accent. The content includes occasional Chinese words, where an approximate transliteration with a time stamp would be fine, and references to China's history and culture. Periodic time stamps on the transcript would be preferred. I'd like close to verbatim, with exceptions for "ums," pauses and the speakers' self-corrections. There are about 32 audio hours in total.
