I have an old salesforce database of about 7,583 Accounts and 20,500 contacts. This exists as 2 .csv files and is in a bit of a mess and i need to clean it and then import it into my new salesforce account. I need someone to go through the data and fix a few issues such as: State and Country entries need to match Salesforce standard pick lists remove rogue phone number entries Fix obvious entry errors (Postcodes in the wrong field etc). Finally i need assistance actually importing the data into salesforce. The issue here is that currently the contacts and accounts are on two different .csv files which makes importing them and keeping the associations complicated. Both .csv files have the old salesforce id's that match the contacts to the relevant account but it is not immediately clear as to how we maintain this link on the import. I have a manual (about 400 pages long) in Microsoft Word. All the content is there I just need it formatted to get it ready for printing. This means getting the page numbers correct starting at the first chapter and not the introduction, and syncing the Table of Contents with the page numbers. Get alternating margins (thicker margins on what would be the inside border of the document) so that we can bind the document properly and not have text cut out. I have a few issues with the footers in that there is an extra line that I cannot figure out how to get rid of. There are also some headings that I cannot get to align properly and also some spacing issues (larger spaces than I am wanting). A few of the charts in the document are not formatted correctly so you cannot see all of the text. There is a lot of formatting that needs to be done to change the background (box shading) of certain paragraphs etc. I need someone that can shade text and copy paste shapes to be put behind text as well...
