We are looking for someone with a personal touch to be our inbound call receptionist. We currently use a larger firm but have found that the overly professional nature of their services is harming our impact. We average 20-30 calls per month. Typically 3 minutes per call. Currently we are receiving calls 24/7, but with this position we would want it to be from 8-6 Mountain Standard Time (We are Colorado Based) We have all scripts for all scenarios, we just need a friendly voice on the other end of the line we can rely on regularly.

Hi, We need someone who can reply to our mail that we get through expedia and airbnb. We would like to promote all our rooms on both sites but when we do this we get double booking. So if a room is taken on airbnb then that room has to be taken off expedia asap so that we do not get a double booking. also an email has to be sent to the customer with directions and how to enter the house. we have a template for this already. please feel free to update the template.
