I need a full time customer support representative who can take phone calls or chats and respond to email tickets. They need to be available to work from home and take calls/chats 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Hours are flexible and can be discussed, and will be paid at a flat hourly rate, but we are looking for full-time candidates. The process will involved cancelling and refunding member's accounts through a customer support interface and script, replying to emails, and providing customer feedback on the product to the rest of the team. U.S. representatives only. International candidates will not be accepted at this time.

We have to reinstall our Baan IV ERP server on Windows 2003 with Oracle 10g and want to include the Russian localization. All software is on the server and the work should be done via Teamviewer. Maximimum of 8 hours are normally required. Job is finished when Russian Localization is installed (Service Pack 13).
