I have a form designed for new prospective clients on a word document. This form is what I email to my clients to fill out. I need this document to be cleaned up and designed in a way that makes it easy for the client to fill it out and looks very professional. I have a PPT file with about 10 slides. But I need these slides converted into templates with masterview (so that I can select a slide to use, as oppose to copy & pasting it). I could do it myself, but I don't have the time. I know the exact work involved, and it would take 1-2 hours max. 3 hours if you're slow... Fixed or hourly price is fine.
