Hello, I need a virtual assistant that will answer my emails. I will need this person to be able to look up a contact record in infusionsoft if a client emails in. I will need this person to work Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm answering emails. I usually only receive up to 5 per day, so this person will only need to respond when necessary and it will only take about 1 total hour of work per day, if that. I may also need them to monitor instagram, facebook and youtube for comments so that they can respond. Again, probably only about 1 hour of work per day.
