I need a long term assistant to answer my office phone, schedule meetings, arrange travel and liaise with clients that may need to send messages or reach me quickly. On a daily basis you will be required to answer my personal office extension and relieve our receptionist during her lunch break from 1 - 2 PM, EST only. Other duties include reconciliation of the invoices received twice monthly, preparing manager agent adherence reports and company success information. Due to the issues I have had with those on Elance I can not hire anyone that uses unreliable communication methods. Please do not apply if you do not have a landline with a US phone number. I prefer to meet in person but can hire someone over the phone through Elance if the fit is right. Pay is negotiable and this position will be filled immediately when the right fit is found.
