The software we use to manage our list of members goes back to March 2011, before then our membership records are a mess - in different spreadsheets etc. I want to establish a member loyalty program where members are acknowledged for the length of time they have been a member. To do this, I need you to do some detective work looking through old spreadsheets and finding the oldest record we have of each member.
