Seeking professional who can edit and conform about 30 Word documents to be used as program documents subject to find and replace automation. Would like the forms to be better branded with consistency, and for working formatting throughout, however, primarily need that variable terms are given a fixed named variable such that data to fill the variables can be introduced effectively and automatically using find and replace software. The variable terms will be added from an Excel. It could be that you might also create a template for Access that will include entry of each variable, and that that data populates an Excel that is in the correct format to be used to make the data changes throughout the 30+ Word documents. Will also have various other assignments for the person with these skills.

We need to create an Adobe Illustrator PDF that is fixed and unmodifiable...except for a small text box (not signature block...text box) into which our dealers can put their logo and their name and address -- essentially customize the form so that their customers see the primary product info that is ours in the fixed section but each dealer can customize a portion for their contact name/info. The text box needs to be modifiable in a way that does not require the full Adobe Illustrator program because we do not expect dealers to have the full program.

1) Combine 14 excel lists into 2 (those labeled TURBOPROPS and all others, which are jets) 2) Delete all rows in all spreadsheets where states are not east coast states and delete Deleware. States that should remain are: FL, GA, AL, MS, NC, SC, TN, KY, VA, WV, NJ, MD, NJ, PA, NY, CT, MA, RI, VT, NH, ME. 3) Delete all rows where there are multiple aircraft of the same type registered to the same entity (banks, leasing companies, etc.) 4) Excel file will need to be reformatted so that addresses can be used in mail merge (zip codes, etc.) 5) End product...Mail merge - Create 2 word (.docx) files (turboprops, jets) with addresses of every row of every spreadsheet using columns C-G (as they are currently) that are ready to be printed on size 10 envelopes as delivery addresses. There should be several thousand total addresses. Don't worry about return address labels. Let me know if any questions. Thanks!

I am building a list of process steps in Mac iWork Pages, like this: 1. Do this task. 2. Do another task. 3. If the results of (2) are something, then do something else. 4. Do another task. I am hand-typing the "(2)" in point 3. If I then add an item between 1 and 2, then 2 becomes 3, and then my reference to 2 will be invalid, because it should say (3). Is there any way to encode a reference to a list so that in the example above, if I inserted a row between 1 and 2, such that 2 becomes 3, then the reference to 2 in point 3 will automatically change to a 3 so I don't have to manually change the number? The deliverable for this task would be a sample document that shows how to accomplish this. I would strongly prefer a solution that works in Mac iWork Pages. If not possible, then Microsoft Word. In your reply, please tell me which solution you can offer. The solution needs to work for indented lists too. For example: 1. Do this 1.1 Do something 1.2 ...
