Phone operators are only needed for ONE day. This job is for professional phone operators with basic customer service experience. The only thing operators will be doing is calling 5 businesses and doing a 3-10 minute evaluation. During this evaluation, operators will be testing the callers customer service skills and product knowledge by asking questions and listening to their response. Phone Operators will also be responsible for writing down a few details from the call like their names, the products and/or services that are offered, rating the caller, etc. That's it!
