I run a small swimming pool company and am looking for a Call Center WITH PERFECT ENGLISH. AGAIN, YOU MUST HAVE PERFECT ENGLISH. The Call Center: 24/7. If anyone calls at any time, you need to answer the phone within 3 rings. I have scripts for all the issues I expect you to cover. I will send them to you and do a skype interview with you and ALL of your team members and have them read each script to me. I want to know every person taking the calls. I will be randomly calling to ensure this standard is hit. I get only a few calls a week, 5-10, but that number is quickly increasing. I want to get charged by the call center "By the minute". Looking for long term company.
