We are looking for someone with a personal touch to be our inbound call receptionist. We currently use a larger firm but have found that the overly professional nature of their services is harming our impact. We average 20-30 calls per month. Typically 3 minutes per call. Currently we are receiving calls 24/7, but with this position we would want it to be from 8-6 Mountain Standard Time (We are Colorado Based) We have all scripts for all scenarios, we just need a friendly voice on the other end of the line we can rely on regularly.

We utilize Zendesk for in-house ticket & problem tracking for employees. The triggers that we've had in place since the implementation have worked, but have been less than ideal. I have spent too much time already trying to get triggers to do EXACTLY what I want, and I need to hire an expert. If that's you, can I hire you?
