I am looking for someone to work as Admin Assitant / Customer Service for an online tax business. Requirements - only US based native speakers of Standard American English. 1) Work 4 days a week. Start at the same time every day (preferably 9am Eastern Time but this is negotiable) and work for 1-2 hours (depending on business needs for the day). 2) Actual work involves answering the phone / calling clients back and dealing with their issues such as: a) Explaining how the company works c) Taking messages for CPAs 3) All calls would be made using Google Voice & recorded using Vemotion call recording software 4) Compensation $15 - $25 per hour of phone time. We would start at $15 and rise to $20 and $25 after 1 and 6 months respectively. This is a long term opportunity - I am looking for someone to do this for years.
