Past the url to the sheet Search (Strg + F) the word Impressum (German for inprint). Look for the name of the legal owner of the business. In most cases you find it by searching "Geschäftsführer". Past the name to the sheet culumn 2 Copy the email from the Impressum page to column 3 of the sheet Make a quick search for the "name + email domain" and see if there is an additional personal email fo the owner repeat the process with the next startup

Hi, I'm looking for someone to complete basic data entry for me. The selected candidate will be required to enter expenses into MYOB Essential (online MYOB) dating back to June 2014. It is for a small business (sole trader) so there isn't a ridiculous amount. The information will be provided in excel spreadsheet form for some suppliers & individual invoices for others. Being able to make sure you're not entering duplicate data is a bonus. Not exactly sure how many hours will be required but I want to work with an hourly rate. I honestly don't see there being more than 10-12 hours required in total. Would want the total work completed within 2 weeks though. For the right person, there will be ongoing monthly work. Thanks!
