I need someone to build this database using Microsoft excel. Please see attached excel document: The data are coming from three scanned years of data. These are labeled Referral/Admission Ratios. On the excel sheet the first column is Date. On the scanned documents these data are found in the row across the top-please enter these as Jan 2013, etc..
