I have my own IT business, developing some products and doing some consultancy. Some of my work involves "doing" other parts of it involves planning, hiring and managing contractors. Trying to get a bit more organised with various things - using CRM and financial systems online, using a bookkeeper, getting better online systems for the people I work with...
