Hello We need to do an inventory audit, using data from 6 different excel files. We have a list of purchases and items shipped for 2013, 2014, and 2015 (two files per year).The job would require you to cross reference the items from the purchases excel file and shipments excel file with our master inventory list. For example, let's say the item is the Samsung Galaxy S5 G900F in White... and in 2014, we purchased 500 units and shipped 495 units, we'd need to have those values entered on the master inventory list. The master inventory file has about 800 items on it. We will need to have 6 columns filled, two per year, one column for items purchased in that year and one column for items shipped that year. I have three hospital databases I need to merge into one file. All three files have hospital name, address, city, state, and zip code. I need someone to create a match code to match as much as possible electronically, but I know some manual review will be required due to changes in hospital names and location. Possibility some website look up would be required. There are ~6,000 unique hospital locations in the database.

My 300 page workbook has 500 questions for the reader to answer--multiple choice, fill in the blank, and constructed response. I want the reader to be able to enter and save answers while viewing the pdf with a pdf reader. So I need someone to add form fields under each of the 500 questions. I can do this using Adobe Acrobat, but I am slow. Perhaps there are some shortcuts to streamline the process. For example, copying and pasting form fields seems like it would streamline the process, but the copied field picks up the answer entered into the original. Must be some way around this. Can you do this?

This project consists of creating a custom UPC-A label. Approximately 400 unique labels. I will provide a EPS or JPG file with the barcode. I will provide an Excel file containing the additional data required on the label. Each UPC-A label must go on a MS Word label template so that I can easily print when complete Attached is one example of what the MS Word file should look like before turning it in to me. If you have a software that can be used to generate the UPC-A label sheets without using MS Word and convert it to a PDF file that is ok with me. The final product must be printable on a 8.5x11 label sheet with 5 columns and 10 rows. I can provide you the detailed dimension for the labels and space between them later.
