Hello, This job basically requires you to go over invoices we have received from an outside company on payments already made, and then make sure those invoices/ payments match up with our internal record keeping. It's pretty basic right now, excel and google docs. And that is working fine, however if you are a quickbooks person, we might then transfer over to that eventually.

I have an excel spreadsheet containing 948 company names. In most cases I also have an email domain (although some are gmail.com etc.) My goal: Identify if each of these companies is a pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturer (like Merck, Pfizer, etc.), and highlight the ones that ARE NOT so I can remove them from my system. Some of the companies listed might be in the healthcare field, but UNLESS they are a pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturer I do not want them included in my database.
