We have about 3000 records in an excel spreadsheet that requires manual sorting and populating of some fields. We need a freelancer to work with our Excel spreadsheets that contain data about customer call tickets and to populate missing fields from other sources (i.e. Excel spreadsheets, etc.). We also need this freelancer to read each note associated with each ticket and classify them according to their disposition. Categories for each type of ticket will be converted into codes. Also, we need to classify each ticket against a certain criteria (i.e. customer wants refund ->refund; customer wants to register product -> registration, etc.).
