We are hiring an Event Coordinator, who will play a vital role on our team. The Event Coordinator will primarily be responsible for managing client inquiries and communications, event scheduling, and a variety of other administrative tasks. This position can be designed as part time or full-time (if also available to work events). Our headquarters is in the arts district of DTLA. Everyone on our team takes on lots of roles in order to insure our small business runs smoothly. We typically have between 6 and 10 part-time photobooth operators at a given time. Hello, My fiance and I are getting married! That is the good news. The bad news is that we are so busy we find it impossible to carve out the time to research and source a venue. That is where you come in! We have a really good idea of the type of wedding we want to have and the critical venue characteristics for us. The output of this project is to provide us with a list of venues that meet our criteria, the dates they have available and the rough cost for having our wedding at each location.
