I need the following Administrative Assistant (AA) activities performed Monday-Friday: * Review and sort my incoming emails in Outlook Web Access * Schedule/reschedule/cancel meetings in Outlook Web Access * Checking my voicemail once a day * Help me do research into misc activities, e.g., find conference/convention dates, get pricing for purchases, etc I estimate you will require 2-3 hours/day. You will need to do this every single business day, no exceptions. For the email sorting, I will need you to be able to do it once in the AM and once after lunch. When responding, including details on your experience in: * Outlook Scheduling and Outlook Web Access * Great English * Ability to communicate both via email and Skype * Previous experience as an AA * Previous experience handling calendars and scheduling for an executive Nice to have: * Making travel arrangements
