Our organization is looking for a Program Coordinator to help organize classes and other events. We are a conspiracy theory based organization with a large membership based. Hey, I run a band with session musicians. This means that the line-up for each gig is varied. 1. Invitations - We would like to be able to send emails with details of the gig to selected band members, requesting a response of availability within a deadline. 2. Follow Ups - We need to auto chase them for a response according to the deadline 3. Event Management View - We need to be able to view each event to manage who has responded, who else we need to invite if musicians have declined, and send messages with gig details to members of that event. 4. Musician View - We need each musician to be able to log in and see pending invitations, accepted jobs (and details), declined jobs. Calendar sync useful but not essential.
