I need someone to enter data and format data within an existing powerpoint template for a presentation. I have a rough outline, and a powerpoint template that was provided to me. You are probably looking at 12-15 slides, depending on page breaks (there is limit of 8 lines of data per slide). I need someone to quickly enter data from the rough outline into the template. It is not a simple cut-and-paste, but should not take too long. A couple of the points in outline need to be summarized down to bullet points. I realized that names may be spelled wrong and I am not concerned about that more that what is said is captured. I do have the first 35 minutes of the meeting completed so you would be able to pick up where it was left off around minute 37 of the meeting.

I have an existing Word doc that was developed a few years ago by someone else. It's a user manual with custom styles for headers such as Chapters, Sections, Sub-Sections and a couple additional levels. While the formatting (text size, color, underlines, etc.) works great for the look, they don't have the proper stuff behind the scenes to be able to generate Table of Contents down to the level I want to produce. Need some redevelopment of the styles so that they look right on the page as well as feed the TOC. Make sense? Thanks!
