I use a website called apto for my commercial real estate database. Its a Salesforce based platform. I have a client whose dissertation is due Sunday. I edited her dissertation and formatted and updated her table of contents and list of figures two weeks ago--it was perfectly fine. Now her ToC shows random listings--less than a quarter of what should be in it--and the page numbers are all wrong. I spent 3 hours trying to reformat it, and it won't update (updating makes it have only one entry).
