Personal/Secretary/VA I am the type a+ personality with adhd, very creative and lots of constant tasks , but does not enjoy the implementation parts, as well needs help with creating daily goals,task focus and order. I kind of want someone who is very efficient and enjoys creating order as well as self-sufficient when there is no current task at hand, to basically trail me, and say ok, what are we doing about this? We need to do x y and z now and like in 20 minutes we need to do etc? Be very comfortable, with multiple tasks at once etc. or managing multiple people assigned to specific tasks. Can make outgoing phone calls, write and draft good emails, and like update a CRM if required. Must have excellent command of both written and spoken American English.
