Hi, I'm looking for someone who can take calls in English, and do some simple admin (sending invoices etc) remotely. This is for a cleaning company. Your job daily includes 1. Sending ~10 text messages to confirm appointments for the next day. 2. Taking around 5 phone calls (each around 2 mins) on average 3. Being on our Livechat system, usually 1 or 2 chats a day. 4. Responding to emails 5. Sending invoices every once in a while. The company is located in Singapore. You need to be available during the hours of 9am to 6pm, GMT +8. The job won't take up all of your time. Probably takes only around an hour or two a day total. We just need you to be there to answer questions if anything comes up during office hours.
