Hi there, I am looking for a team or person that can login to my Magento website and process orders for me. They will have to do the following: Step1: - login to magento - check for orders - export them - send them to our delivery partner Step 2. - login to delivery/order portal - get tracking details and confirm orders have been received - update tracking details and notify customer Step 3. - Export orders to xero once complete I have tried to make this system as simple as possible. I just need someone to do it for me regularly and keep on top of things. There aren't a lot of orders coming through so it shouldn't take much time. I have an email message I need to send to my clients. I need it sent: Individually NOT bcc or cc. I can't stress this enough. All you would need to do is copy and paste the subject and body (with their name) and then put the email address in and hit send. That's it. We will be using gmail. Also, if you have a proxy and can login from the US that would be best so gmail doesn't keep requiring verification of the account. This is very simple virtual assistance and admin work. I am looking for advice, ideas and then implementation. I am a Commercial Mortgage Broker with access to hundreds of lending partners. Each lender has 10-20+ important data points of lending criteria. (min/max loan amounts, Geographical Limitations, Types of Properties that they will lend on, interest rates, fees, borrower's credit rating, etc. ) I need to be able to quickly match these up with incoming loan requests. For example, a customer may be looking to borrow $1.1M on a large apartment building in California, another may need $600K to refinance their gas station or hotel in Florida. Out of the hundreds of lenders, only a few be good candidates for each of these loans. I want a way to collect and organize this data on our current data set, but make it easy for anyone to add/modify lenders in the future. I posted another job, as a searchable Google Sheet, but I'm open to other and better ideas.
