We need professionals who can locate co-signers for loan applicants with no credit (not bad credit), but who can present other forms of evidence including professional references from companies or individuals who advanced credit but did not report to the main credit bureaus. All co-signers should have excellent credit. Fees will be a low, negotiable startup fee or hourly rate, plus a final fee of no less than $500 upon approval to the applicant, and an additional fee of no less than $500 to the co-signer who offers the paid service of co-signing upon review of the risks. Loan amounts no less than $3,000, which is the normal minimum set by the banks. Funding sources or investors are also acceptable resources for freelancer to locate as long as they accept the borrower's application. Please provide a proposal with your upfront and final fee rates. You need to host some mobile phones (4 or 5) in your home or office locally and look after these phones (providing local SIM cards, topping them up, restarting devices if they are hung etc). Each phone is attached to a small computer (Raspberry Pi), which is in turn connected to the router in your home or office. Additionally you will need to assist with local translation tasks, probably 10-15 hours per week.
