We are looking for an experienced document to take an approximately 120 page booklet and apply consistent formatting with appropriate table of contents. The attached is not the final version (which will be provided to the person/company we award the project to) but it is very close to give you a good indication of the scope of work. There are some quite odd formatting issues in the current document, particularly with respect to paragraphs splitting unnecessarily over pages (leaving large gaps), and some smaller oddities, such as sections where hitting backspace doesn't work, where spellcheck doesn't work, or where margins and indentations are inconsistent. This formatting also caused errors when trying to use heading levels so we could create an automated table of contents.
