I need a typist who can type in the range of 100 wpm. They also need to possess some good writing skills and good English grammar. The project requires you to read the transcript of the interview and then re-write the questions and the answers into complete sentences. This is very tedious work but is less of a challenge for someone who types very fast and also has good writing skills. I would like to pay a fixed price/flat fee for a certain number of pages. I have 7 and a half hours of British English audio interviews to be transcribed into a Word document. This is 10 interviews. Files are .m4a, and .mp3. The recordings are on dropbox and I can send the information once I find the right person for the job. Ideally, the freelancer who gets the job would send me their transcription of the first 10-15 minutes to check it's all right before proceeding. I need the recordings within 1 week (the sooner the better). I do not need the work to be edited in any way, just the transcription of the words in the recording as they are. I am writing a nonfiction microbook by dictating the content. I suspect the total dictation time will be four to six hours, but it could be less. I'm looking for a flawless transcriptionist. And, I'm looking for someone who can do some basic, preliminary editing when transcribing my words.
