We are young non-profit membership organization with a full-time staff of 2 and 5 more part-time, a board of 10,+ various committees of another 10+. We are using dropbox to share files and this has grown organically over 3 years into a structure that only those that use it daily understand where to find things. We need to find a structure that is logical enough that everyone finds their way around and that grow.
