I need a long term assistant to answer my office phone, schedule meetings, arrange travel and liaise with clients that may need to send messages or reach me quickly. On a daily basis you will be required to answer my personal office extension and relieve our receptionist during her lunch break from 1 - 2 PM, EST only. Other duties include reconciliation of the invoices received twice monthly, preparing manager agent adherence reports and company success information.
